Useful suggestions:
Be careful with "UltraSprint". This makes it possible to 'skip' parts of a level and prevent you from progressing normally.
(Gameworld will not load correctly etc) Then you will be likely stuck.
Even with 'GodMode = On', you should not do things that you normally cannot or should not do. For example, running through the black slime (acid) to 'shortcut' paths etc. This can prevent you from progressing normally.
"detectionDistanceMultiplier = 0" doesn't protect you from aggro, but it helps you deal with enemies more easily
The other options should be self-explanatory.
