32-bit table using mono feature, CE may need upgrade to work properly.
briefly tested on DragonFall Director's cut, Hong Kong

- statmod, add a % of the maximum for some certain attributes. It require "setup ally check" in order the cheat only apply to player ally team. ApPool and movement (move speed) addition amount can be specifically assigned. This cheat can only activate when setup ally check is activated. The base stat is not modified and not saving.
- not consume backpack itm if release ctrl, not consume equipped backpack item unless pressing left-ctrl;
- infinte ammo
- Anim time scale

= may or may not work with other cheat
= setup ally check, how it work?
1. basically activate the entry in player char's roster.
2. Then check the mark "???VALID???", unless not in game, it should show 'Valid'.
3. Then check if "captain UnitTag" is "shadowrunner". Depend on the timing the entry actiavte, it can show "civilian(ally)', 'gang(enemy)' etc.
4. if "captain unittag" is not "shadowrunner", deactivate and activate at the right time'
5. keep it activate until reload a map (just in case).
