Here's xiaoxing's trainer which can spawn any item in the game i think. I google translated it's .ini since it's in chinese. You can just use this to spawn items or just yoink it's ID list from the .ini.

How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.

i just wanted to get the full set of the armour without going back to farm it. even with high luck the chance are random . for example im currently trying to get General of Man armour set.

Just use the trainer. It can spawn everything and you can read the descriptions to see what armor is what if it is unique.

All item ids are in the .ini file of the trainer. Albeit its reversed if used in the table since it is an array of byte there. You really only need 4 bytes for the IDs.
we really need to stop with duplicate ids we all need come together and put in excel doc cant find anything with 7 pages

There was no dupe IDs in the latest batch, you seem to be missing a lot of IDs that were posted as well.
There multiple IDs with the same effect as it applies to different pieces of gear.
You also need to organize that table, is all over the place.
i copy everything form this post and yes there all of dupes some number exactly the same . i am working on making better . if u would look before speaking. it open source why just add too it. the name can be same it for if the id is different yes,
