Don't activate the option, just press Enter and change it.

rxhunter your CE looks different than mine instead of 0000012 for allies i have 4s going down is there any significance for this like I am using it wrong or is it aesthetically different??

Also can I make a request to reset character values cause i can't use the trainer anymore unless my save is corrupted and have to restart?? I used the character bonus stats option and somehow it became permanent, and I believe it is affecting the pointers/memory or whatever so nothing works :L unless im using CE wrongly?

It's an option you change manually in CE to tell me how many allies in the current battle you want to put on the Ally List (The Ally Current HP list that has 16 possible options).

To change values in CE, you press Enter on the option and change it (DO NOT ACTIVATE IT). Some other options like scripts are what you "Activate" (put a red X in the box).

I don't think Bonus Stats would cause issues with activating the table. I didn't test if the stats were permanent or not, but to reset them, just change the values to 0 and do the Ally List again in a battle.

I tried, I activate trainer and the other options 1.2-4. etc and it won't let me select characters with minus button? so im not sure whats wrong, it was working fine then when I start the game again I notice the problem and the bonus was still on but CE wasnt and it only affected the characters I used last and I cant reset them if I cant select them??

Okay so I got it to work again, I was able to reset values for some of them back to normal but I dont understand how this problem happen :L so I guess i need to be careful with bonus stats and for example i put mixed characters so some had buff and other didnt either that helped or its just a memory problem? Sorry but I dont know much about this stuff @w@

A cool feature that I looked on gbatemp as well for, would be to be able to give pact ring to more than 1 person

EDIT 6.5:
I found time to add one more option:

[*]Give All Allies S Rank Weapon Level (Requires Ally List)

This sets the Weapon Level to at least S rank for any weapons the character currently can use. I think I'm about done looking for options. I think I have a good amount of things you can do with the table to get through the game. Enjoy!

is it possible to edit status rather than give bonus? or is the any way to decrease status/revert it back? ( want to change bld , but i did not wish it permanent)

If you change the values to zero and do the Ally List again, it should revert any bonus you had.

Now I found a way
Character stats and weapon stats have been fixed. If anyone is interested in how to do it, I followed this method.

Love this table, thank you so much for all the hard work you put into it!
Just wondering if it's possible to add an emblem bond modifier so that characters can build their bond with an emblem faster.
If not, cool bananas, this table is already so awesome!
