Of course, change the amounts to whichever value you want.

To work below codes, Click on "Toggle Console", the console window opens. Paste one of the commands in "Scripts" tab and hit "Shift+Enter". The skill bar will increase. If you hit just Enter, the script won't work.

I solved the issue myself by downloading the latest Table Cheat Engine [1.6.0] Paul44 board.
There was a script unlock features and in it the item
