Eh, not really. Some do, some don't. Looking for anything updated?

This game sucks real bad (pales in comparison to FO:New Vegas in every sense), but I felt like playing it anyway.
Here's a table for the current version on Steam (v1.10.163.0).
Sometimes the player pointer is not picked up immediately, so it's best you enable the script before loading your save.

It gives you:
- a bunch of pointers to Player AVs. The pointers may become invalid as you progress in the game, so don't rely on these heavily.
- Infinite AP; you'll still be limited to your max AP at each VATS activation.
- Player Damage Mod; allows you to scale the damage you do onto others.
- VATS Cost Mod; Allows scaling the VATS costs
- Move Speed Mod; Allows scaling your movement speed. You might need to force an update to take effect (crouch, stand up, move a bit then crouch back again).
- Jump Height Mod; Allows scaling your jump height.
- Carry Weight Mod; Allows scaling your carry weight. You might need to force an update to take effect (unequip a weapon/armour and equip it back).
- Force Automatic Weapon; Forces the "automatic" flag for your weapon, allowing it to rapid fire constantly while holding the trigger. Great for early gameplay while you have no access to decent weapon mods.
- Force No Weapon Spinup; Forces the game to ignore the "spin up" flag for your weapon, so it fires/stops instantly when the fire button is pressed. Great for minigun.
- Force No Weapon Single Fire; Forces the game to ignore the "single fire" flag for your weapon, so you do not need to chamber an ammo after each shot. Great for sniper rifles.
- Infinite Clip; Infinite ammo.
- Fire Rate Mod; Allows you to scale the fire rate of non-automatic weapons.
- Weapon Spread Mod; Allows you to scale the spread of your weapon.
- Weapon Recoil Mod; Allows you to scale the recoil of your weapon.
- Improved Compass; Based on [Link] from Jagger, it's more or less the same thing, but allows various configuration options like distance scaling and what to show.

Enjoy!
