Soulstone Demos x 2

A table make for Soulstone survivors, and found it share some cheat with Rogue Soulstone.

- PowerUpRarityPlus, rise power up rarity a bit, best use with reroll cheat;
- > drop/reward x100 etc, may be shadow by SkillCost1 cheat;
- SkillTreeItemCost1
- unlimitedBanish/Reroll

- cool mul (smaller faster cast)
-- survivors
- cool mul (bigger faster cast)
- > MaxSkillSlots, allow to learn more skill, default 6, tested up to 10, extra will not shown and cannot be replaced. Enable mono feature before apply cheats.
