Update1:
natural resources do not decrease when harvested
plant instant grow
conveyer belt speed increased by 10 times

Update2:
increase town center influence range by 4 times
selling goods earn 50 times more coins and 100 times more experience
non-empty storage building always moveable no matter the rule set

tested in campaign mode

make all buildings movable no matter the condition

How can i use Assembly-CSharp.dll without CT file?

replaced the dll but with my version 2.1.3 will not load, just hangs on the start graphics..

you can use it by
1.) go to Factory town file -> [Factory Town_Data] -> [Managed]
2.) in the Managed folder find a Assembly-CSharp.dll
3.) replace it with a new Assembly-CSharp.dll that you download.
