No. For the same reason you can't spoof online payments to Amazon or other stores.
Everything you buy (both with real money and primogems) happens server-side. Your client is not trusted to handle that.
Outside of a major exploit with the payment processor, these kinds of things will never be possible.

Mu game is checking that mhypbase.dll is present in the folder, and not letting you start by throwing up an error if it's missing (or renamed).
How has everyone else getting past that problem?
is it happen when you click the door (portal to the game world) and say "please downdload the latest game file - error 31-4302" ? because it occured to me after playing for 2 days

^ restore the copy you'v made of mhypbase.dll.org or .bak by copying it to mhypbase.dll
then restart the game
go into the world and launch svchost.exe and attach the table

should work for now
i managed to get the cheat engine working but i didnt attach the process to the table and i cant activate anything now... if i attached the process then the cheat engine doesnt work and stuck in the loading screen.

can you share your mhypbase.dll here? i forget to make the copy of my mhypbase.dll.
And i has tried copy the content of mhypbase.dll.org by change it extension to .dll but the problem still occured
*edit : i've fixed it by renaming the .bak file, thank you.. and like toga say, the cheat still can used in the world
