One stupid question: is it possible to "simply" add all(!) the items without having to modify the mission rewards?

Can anyone help? I can't get mission pointer to work.
Steps taken:
1. Open table
2. Tie game process to CE
3. Check 'Campaign Pointer' then 'Print All Items'
4. Copy 8 bytes address of item I want
5. Check 'Mission Pointer' then 'Mission'
6. Click on 'I' on the in-game star map (Values in mission pointer properly populate)
7. Right-click on one the rewards (Let's say Ranged Reward) in CE and select 'Change this record' > 'Address'
8. Paste the Address copied previously in step 4
9. Check reward (Once again Ranged Reward)

I would expect at this point for the reward to update in game to reflect the change it does not. I think to myself maybe the UI doesn't update automatically but will be updated at the end of the mission. So I run the mission and still don't get the expected reward.

What am I doing wrong?

It looks like the recent update broke some stuff, like the Knight Pointer.

To change rewards, change the 8-byte numeric value of the reward. To know what value to change to, you need to generate the item ID/key value list using "print all items" from the campaign pointer. Leave the zeroes in the left and copy the corresponding numeric value. The values are useful for as long as you keep the game open. Mind you, the item id values change every time the game is launched and are tied to the campaign numeric "value"
So....
Step one, load the game
Step two, print the item key list under the campaign pointer. (I.E. 202D8E60BE0 StormBolter_Damage_3)
Step three, activate mission pointer and (in-game) select the mission you want to change the rewards of, via the "i" icon in the star map or planet view.
Step four, change the numeric values of the rewards(I.E. 00000202D8E60C30 to 00000202D8E60BE0 from the previous example) but LEAVE the zeroes in the left. Reinforcement rewards I wouldn't change, it tends to crash the game if you mess up.
Step five, Update the mission in-game to check if rewards have changed. You can see the item type an tier in the mission preview.

PD. Thanks to Zanzer for the update, but knight pointer seems still broken and the equip duplicates... either is broken or I don't know how to use it.

Fixed Knight Pointer. Added the ability to set a knight as critically wounded to add an augmetic.
For the Augmetics pointer, never try to increase the counter. Only use it to remove an unwanted one.
The addresses for augmetics will allow you to copy one from an existing Knight over top of an undesirable one.
Do not attempt to use the memory addresses when your knight doesn't have that many augmetics to begin with.
For instance, if your knight only has 1 currently, don't try using the address for 2 through 5 and don't overwrite any data!

Can someone please help me know why with the unlimited remains option and stasis gate I'm unable to commune? There hasn't been a dead knight so far.
Or is there a currency value for "remains" that has to be edited in order to respec?

That's the issue, go get someone killed, preferably high level if you are unlocking every abilities.
Unlimited ramains makes it so that when you commune, the corpse won't be consumed, but there still need to be a dead body in storage for the buttom to be pressable.

Stasis chamber records who died at what level, so I don't think you can just conjure a corpse out of thin air with this table. Just kill someone that won't be missed, like that Blademaster Purgator.
