How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Is there a list anywhere of Quest IDs for the game? Somehow my Fix the Pier quest got bugged - jack won't talk to me about it, it is marked as complete, but the pier is still a mess. I figured I could roll it back in Dev Mode, but I'd need to know the Quest ID. Any thoughts, or is there a way in game to figure out the ID?

EDIT: Found it - quest ID is 2, but it didn't solve the problem. Game thinks that quest is complete, and now there are tourists, but the pier is in shambles and I can't access the end to get on a boat. I think I must have hit the Solve Pier Quest button by accident. Would that do this?

EDIT 2: I just started over. I'll leave the above in case anyone else runs into the same problem.
