Do any one now what happand to Recifense? his last post was one Jul 04, I'am a bit worried that something has happand.

No one knows. But the table was updated with the release of patch 2.1 in September

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

he has a table for 2.3 locked behind his pateron. To directly quote from his pateron "Although I will continue sharing my tables for free, my Patrons could have them signed (contact me)" funny how quickly that got thrown out the window. I am sure some one will leak it eventually....

Unfortunately it will not work for me "Failure to allocate memory" I guess the game was updated? I've been trying to fix it but no luck as I don't have much experience here.

It still works. You just have to load the table and open it right after you launch the game while you are still in main menu. If you try to do it while playing it will give memory allocation error.
