Research type values once unlocked (there is mine and the whole underground area):
level - 4bytes
progress - float, search for current progress example: 4%, 6%,... It goes from 0-99 float, the demonic souls are float and won't be spent this way. To cheat for faster research freeze the value with the arrow pointing up, meaning that it can increase to 100, and every tick will give you a level.
Once you find resources values the others are also float and + or - 18 address from that one.
For armor and weapons, find one and the offset for others is 48.
