No worries, just beat the game this morning 1000/1000! Last achievement for all weapons was a pain, had to go through each level with flashlight to find the icons. If you're going for the 100%...have fun
I made a script to noclip through the vault door on "Down the Spider Hole", but it's pointless because the item inside doesn't spawn unless you enter the correct code.
