Monopoly Here & Now Edition CT

One option: Press "F3" to activate Infinite Money cheat [to Human Player]. Also mentioned in 'Table Extras'. Born of the need to complement existing Monopoly by Parker Brothers CET. 
P.S: Had to re-upload & update for both ChatChitto's version & iNDUCT patch as ChatChitto's version periodically loses license\ Trial prompt. So choose [& configure Hotkeys] accordingly. Might require github.com/narzoul/DDrawCompat/releases/ as it doesn't work on Win10 w/o Compatibility set to XP (iNDUCT copy.) Regardless, iNDUCT has a patch so it should be permanent I hope. 
I grew wearisome of having to reenter the Serial /w ChatChitto's copy. 
Too bad 'cause it seemed to work on Win10 & had some extra files. SceneGamesPacks on Archive.org should have this game but you have to download the collection of 3.2 GB games ! Or torrent it. (P.S: Actually it is possible to individually save only the 15 MB game zip from the rest of the entire collection !!)
