FearLess Cheat Engine

Is it possible to change the following via a cheat engine table?

1. Motion Values for your attacks (i.e., buff a 50 MV attack to be 70 MV instead)
2. I-Frames/Counter Frames for attacks/rolls (i.e., change a weapon counter attack from having 8 active counter frames to having 10 active counter frames)

I'm looking to try and do a rebalance on some weapons since some of the weapons are too strong/weak in my opinion. I was hoping to do this via mods but it seems like that may be more difficult than I thought, so if it's doable via a cheat engine table that would work too

Unsure what the difference is between Player and Current Player under Pointers. Cannot seem to "Max" either stamina or health. Stamina will be "infinite" with just "stamina" checked and edited to whatever number you choose. Health bar will look changed but will not actually be affected, health still decreases with any hit and requires item use to recover. Editing the "recoverable" health pointer crashes the game. Just from my testing over about 30 minutes so far. Unsure if this is an issue for others, if so disregard.

Max All Active Skills ,does not take effect.

REFramework causes my default windows mouse icon to persist on screen, anyone knows how to fix this?

Is there any proof to this, there is only 2 skills in the active iteration

is anyone working on decoration jewels? just unlocked them and the current selection to make is hot garbage

I guess you have not downloaded this table then lol It's had jewels for a while.

You can look at advanced armor(Rarity 4 or higher)， some advanced armor has three or four skills。

I was gonna give my save over to a friend who played on switch, but didn't feel like starting over on PC, there's a steam ID changer tool that works, however the only thing holding me up, or holding up anyone else who wants to do this is a lack of being able to change the character's name. Character edit would be cool too, thanks.
