Surgeon Simulator 2 Achievement Unlocker - Windows Store / Game Pass Version

10/24/2021 - Fifth version. Added missing achievement

Allows you to unlock ANY achievement in the game.

USAGE (V3 only): Follow carefully!
1. Target process: Surgeon Simulator 2.exe
2. Enter the hub area -> Open the Bossa Labs computer -> Creation Mode -> Create New Level
3. Enter one of the capsules and press "E" to ready up
4. After loading, place 10 unique props to earn the "Stylin’ Surgeon" achievement naturally. Skip this step if you already have the achievement
5. Check the box next to "Enable Achievement Unlocker". Cheat Engine will hang for a bit, but when the Memory Viewer populates with information, you can close that window that popped up
6. Check the box next to "Load PlayerStatsService"
7. Now you are ready for unlocks. Check the box next to the achievement that you want



How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Unique meaning not the same ones, 10 different (unique) props.

Can be a little confusing at first but once you understand the game and controls it's not that hard

Hmm, I may be messing up the instructions on Surgeon Simulator. Only checked enable achievements, which worked. Got the achievement naturally by placing 10 unique props. But when clicking the other achievements in the table, nothing is unlocking... Is there a step I'm missing? Using the 2nd version file.

Yes. Just create a new level and follow the same instructions.
Place one prop, activate the table, and place 9-10 more unique props.

If that doesn't work I can try something else with another update.
This game is really annoying so I'll probably not spend too much time on it though.
