20 20 changed for 20 (no double space)
0d 0a 0d 0a changed for 0d 0a(no double return)
0d 0a 20 changed for 0d 0a(no linestart with a space)
and removed all descriptions

just a removal of dummy data

does this table activate the cheating god tag when enables/activated?

They just updated the version of Unity the game uses, all addresses have moved. I don't believe any of this table is working now.
