Allows you to unlock ANY achievement in the game.
USAGE:
1. Target process: Signs of the Sojourner.exe
2. At the main menu, check the box next to "Enable achievement unlocker".
3. Check the box next to the achievement that you want

The one your referring to at 12:09am is Spark Revolution achievement in the list.
That is the actual time it unlocked not how long you have to wait to unlock it.
Here is an example.
Visit Hara 11:41
Set 4 min time on pc, see the 4min time gap, then pop
A Sombre Day 11:45
Set 24 min timer on pc then pop ach
Spark Revolution 12:09
You don't have to do it al in one go but keep the time spaces between popping achievements so it looks legit like you actually played the game, hope that helped clear it up for ya.
