I'm not reading through more than a page of comments that aren't related to what I'm looking for. Not that there's anything you can do about it and my intent was to give you a reason why questions were being repeated.

Ins't the game only available in steam I didn't played the offline mode in a while but as far as I know that problem was fixed some time ago.
When I want to know something then I read all given information before I ask a question.
If people can't even take 5 min to read things then that's on them.
I've been able to get both currencies from missions(and find/change there values) btw, that must be new since people were saying those are server side and I've only played offline.
Is only in the online mode server sided.
For the offline mode you can even go to the save file on your pc and edit it with a txt editor.
For the offline mode the savegame is located on your pc so you can edit it but if you played online then your savegame is server sided and you can't edit it.
The savegame should be a .json file, you can edit it with any text editor you want, I prefer Microsoft Visual Studio.

It's pirated. The most common version floating around is extremely out of date, it seems.
I disagree, but there's really no point in debating it as it's not an issue you could address even if I convinced you.
