How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I save scan results for a game as ".ct" for later use but when I want to use them later they become invalid/unusable. What am I doing wrong?

Games tend to allocate memory dynamically, meaning: at every start of the game, all values will be at other addresses. You'll have at leat to find a pointer to the right addresses and/or make a code injection to get the current adresses.
I'd suggest to go through the excellent cheat engine tutorial under "help" in CE.
