With the codex entries, I used "1" after it and it worked to unlock them all

Sadly this does not spawn a cyberdeck. Confirmed after two attempts.
That's for upgrading the existing cyberdeck, I'm in the pickle of not having one at all. The slot where it should be is just labeled EMPTY.
