This artmoney table that I made contains some cheats that will allow you to farm a/s-tec cards in an instant. Tested only in epsxe 1.8.0 with american version of the game.

Contents:
1. Opponents card modifier: change to 40 and freeze, and when it's the opponent turn, you win the duel.
2. Your HP modifier: put to 999 and freeze to affect s-tec ranking.
3. Turns result duel modifier: put to 40 and freeze to affect s-tec.
4. Pure magic results duel modifier: put to 15 and freeze to affect s-tec.

With everything set, just go to the duelist you want to farm, play one card and then you win the duel.

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I tried but it was a lot easier using artmoney. There's also specific settings for artmoney to use on emulators, I think that's what makes easier using it on emulator games, but I'll try later making one for cheat engine too, since you asked
