How to use this cheat table?

Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
I cant seem to populate the instance address, I've tried numerous different attempts but cant get it to change.
Start the game then Alt + Tab and it should show up, that's what I did.
Just realised that's in the instructions.
I followed the instructions before but nothing happened then I got it to work, I just had to sit on the game after alt+tabbing for like 15 mins for the instance address to change
Is it possible to be banned for unlocking achievements with cheat engine? I have seen some people who have 5 mins of play time and every achievement for games by using achievement tables, but I have seen where one guy has said he had been banned… but that’s one person and I am sure LOTS of people do it. I mean I know there is always a risk… but is it really an issue if it’s a single player game?

There's always a chance you can get banned, single player game or not. It's up to you to take the risk or not. If you're smart, you can figure out ways to appear legit by looking up achievements and the order they are supposed to be unlocked in and the average time it takes to achieve each of them and unlock accordingly to at least appear legitimate.

Yeah True. I made a mistake and clicked the top of an achievement table and it unlocked all the achievements at once within seconds and WAY WAAAY out of order. I really
Hope I don’t get banned
Well, only thing you can do is forget it, move on and be more careful in the future. Hopefully you're not a member of a tracking site like that could expose and report you for cheating.
