It's hard to do on my own - there's only one bit of data to change (whether or not show the "unlock" button or the bit responsible for the talent itself).

Actually, nevermind, I managed to mod it - it's on nexus mods.
and... an update came in just an hour after which should invalidate my mod as well as fix issues
