Great news to the pc version of the game :D , I reached out too "the_seeker976", if he/she willing for a remote session for the skills and demon editor for the pc version, and he/she agreed on it. So, here's a table made for the pc version of the game.

Credits to the_seeker976 for the time and cooperation to create the table  .

Thank both of you! Now i can fix up a few bad skill sets for some of my demons. Happy Hunting!

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I just remembered i had done some tests about physical skills damage (including normally unobtainable) for the old PS2 version, should be still valid. Iirc some skills have special animations that only some demons/MC can do, but despite no animation the skill works, even tho it looks slightly worse.

Would you be kind enough to point me in the general direction of how stable pointers were developed for this? I've been using cheat engine for l9ong enough to understand how it works on a connceptual level but I've never been able to learn the deeper complexities. Something like what has been done here is one thing I want to learn how to do

Hey guys so i was doin a small test and I dont know if it was just me but I could transform a demon into Flarous Hallel but it kept stuttering my menus and crashed my game at a victory screen when i summoned him (had to summon him in because menus wouldn't let him naturally go into party) and i was generally curious if anyone else ran into something like that and maybe possible fixes? Either way just wanted to spread word

If you mean how to get good in cheat engine in general, the tutorial old and new is a good way to start. Ce also has a wiki that actually simplify a lot of common stuff you will find in any game. For beginner, I always recommend Stephen Chapman and Cheat the Game channel, they covered a lot of stuff, kudos to them. After that is just learning and practicing, a continuous process that will cumulative over time. My advice is start from a simple game, build a solid foundation, and then started tackling different game

After that is just a matter of mindset, between failing and giving up, or learn more and giving it another shot ;) .

If you meant the screen where we get exp or like you said, the victory screen, freeze, it's because the edited demon itself. Every demon has a minimum level and without changing into that minimum level, the victory screen will freeze. I have a bunch of stuff that I wrote on the readme, changelog, options, post regarding why stuff like this happen, so whenever you saw em, please read em  . Most of the warnings I put em in the switch table in the option spoiler here

My bad mate didnt entirely pay attention but then that does mean in a form or fashion having the demons if edited to be Flarous or Ose Hallel they prolly need high level numbers. Didnt know because i remember using demon editor cheats on pcsx2 and with it i was able to get Hallel Ose an Hallel Flarous in there. Wasnt sure on everything else tbh.

Don't worry about it :D . Tbh, I'm the same like you, play on pcsx2, change the demon, level up like normal, no problem at all. In the new version, when the freeze happen, it took me some time to find out the cause was actually the minimum level.

Edit1: It's an interesting topic though, like it would be so good, if the check didn't happen at all :P .

I got it to work trying again, this time setting min level to 70 for Flarous Hallel, got some stutters for a minute but because my nocturne also hit up when i got back into the window it changed 2 demons into it. both the level 35 an 70 version of Flarous Hallel worked so i know for sure now its level 70 (thanks megami wiki) to have working Flarous Hallel. Might try again in a bit and this time then give him what the game gives him for a boss set. For the record its a level 17 Nozuchi being turned into Flarous Hallel

I should mention outside hp an mp values being tweaked as well i dont got a feccin clue to anything else on the demon checklist and such

Iirc i had max stats + son's oath + focus. And if not same settings regardless. Imo in the very end only the DMG scaling counts, not the numbers themselves, to give you an idea of how much powerful the skills actually are.

Im sorry if i missed something but has anyone else been running into if a demon doesnt have 8 skills and you mod it to have 8 skills does the last one not show up? I had that issue with Arahabaki and anytime i got demons without 8 skills i had to wait til they had 8 skills to mod them in.

Any help on why this happens be nice and appricieated

Nevermind my last post. I figured out how to fix it. Going to explain it like this

You'll need to use both skill and demon editor options, in demon editer make the number of skillcnt to 8, then with skill editor mess with the skills

2 bytes is the key for everything it seems.

You can find the bosses HP by exact value-ing it, doing some damage, and then lowering it by the damage you did to instantly find the one you're looking for.

Hey anyone playing on PC?

Would you mind testing Infinite Light if the move make the screen goes low resolution briftly?

l'm playing the Switch version. Whenever you use infinite light, the Switch's adaptive resolution kicks in and change the resolution to super low value, probably 360p - 480p at best and the resolution changes back to 720p when the move finished. It's kinda funny your character model goes pixelated for a few seconds then back to HD while the UI stays high resolution the whole time.
