Just a simple table with the built in cheat options. Achievements don't get disabled. Don't know how often this game gets updated but it's pretty easy for me to update in the future.
Current Table: Current Options:
Inf Health
Inf Ammo
Fast Movement
Decrease Cooldown Time
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

works now, thanks, only problem is you have to turn the cheats off and on again when starting a new run.

Still working for me.
Weird, judging the other comments saying it doesn't work either. The game hasn't even been updated in months...

I can find the results for ammo and hp but they often reset when I retry or go back to the menu.
