I made a cheat table for one of the best TBS games of the last years, Eador: Genesis 1.05.2.

Features:
- enable control of your guards on the tactical map. Assigning medals and level-ups after the battle also works.
- reveal map for player 1
- infinite construction (demesne and provinces) / guards / rituals per turn
- no ritual cooldown
- make all buildings, guards, rituals available

You can monitor and change:
- the current karma value
- gold and gems
- campaign values: energy, glory, karma
- current XP and HP of heroes #1 to #4 (need to explore or fight to actually gain levels from the modified XP)
- bottom left unit of hero #1
- bottom left spell of hero #1
- bottom right item in the treasury
- reversions value

Most of these values can also be changed for player 2.

Added in the v2 update of the table:
- corruption modifier caused by events
- gold and income monitoring for AI players

To use the income monitoring, activate "other players info" and pass a turn ingame for the values to be updated. You can change the two selected players to monitor by entering a new player number for "first/second selected player #". The player numbering is the same as in the statistics screen; you are number 1 and the AI players have the numbers 2, 3, 4 etc. in the order they are listed from top to bottom on the right.

Added in v3:
- reveal whole map
- campaign values: energy, glory, karma
- player control

The player control settings allow you to set which players are controlled by you or by the AI. You can switch over to the AI player, let the AI play yourself and even manually control neutrals in battle. These settings often corrupt savegames, so don't use them without backups!

Added in v4:
- no ritual cooldown
- make all buildings, guards, rituals available
- bottom left unit of hero #1
- bottom left spell of hero #1
- bottom right item in the treasury
- cheats for player 2

The item and spell IDs can be changed without an item actually existing in the slot, but if you want to give yourself a unit, you'll first have to place something else in the bottom left unit slot of hero #1 and then change the ID. The IDs can be found in the .var files ("Eador - Genesis\var" folder). Hint: The ID for a Dragon is 60.

Same request. I did some work to try to update the table. The offset appears to have changed by +1000, and that worked to fix most all pointers.

But for the auto-assembler scripts like infinite province building construction, which I want, I assume I need to change the exact value and I don't know how to get that magic value. For anyone who wants a partially updated table here you go:

I'm using New Horizons 13.04Z English. I wasn't aware there was a new English version.

That said you can do the same thing I did :) Search for your gold count, change it, search again. Now take the address you found for gold and find the difference between it and the address the cheat table lists for gold, that is the offset you need to apply. Once you have that number in hex open the cheat table in a text editor and change every instance of Eador.exe+# but not "Eador.exe"+#. Then you will be able to edit most campaign and map values listed, including gold, hero xp, item creation, ect. You randomly should already be able to enable infinite stronghold building construction, but not infinite ritual casting, province building construction, ect.

added Hero Editor (Hero 1 and Hero 2)
now you can edit Hero's HP, Exp, Spells (you can replace higher tier spells with low ones) Units
As for units: you can edit their id's (you can freely replace them), exp, medals and LevelupPerks.
you can find ID's in "unit_upg.var" , "spells.var" , "unit.var" , "medal.var"
for New Horizon 2.90
you can edit perks before level up but i don't know the results after you reach the cap.

Thank you for your work on this table for New Horizons, anl93! Respect for taking the time & effort to put this together this table. You made me give New Horizons another try (found it too difficult compared to unmodded Genesis the first time I tried it a couple of years ago).

Do you think you could get the "enable control of your guards on the tactical map" option from STN's table for the unmodded Genesis working for New Horizons 2.9 ? That one would really make my day and help having to babysit every single province or play catch with the AI and would effectively allow me to properly defend my borders and stop the enemy there (without having to build fortifications on every single one of the border provinces and then have to tear them down and replace them with a more useful building after the borders expanded).

I know it's probably not easy to do compared to something like modifying gold values - for example, but if there is any chance you could do it I would be in your debt. I have no idea how STN did it in the original table but I imagine he found a way to trick the game into believing there is a hero present in the province instead of local guards and thus initiate the battle map like it normally does when heroes are present during an enemy attack.

i don't think i can do that because i'm still an amateur but i will try.
try chancing smart ai setting for the cheating ai.

Thanks for the tip! Never thought of taking a look through the .cfg file. Was this available for the original unmodded Eador too, or is it something that became possible only with New Horizons? I recall taking a look at some of Genesis's files a couple of years back and don't remember seeing that setting, but maybe I just missed it.

Here is a Big Update for 2.90 my friends its a big table now.
The table is big so i zipped it.
Now you can edit four heroe's stats, units, perks, medals and upgrades.
Now you can also edit levels of units and heroes.
Also the biggest change here is i include DropDown List to easily edit most parts so no need to fuddle with ID lists anymore.
I'm new and i don't know aob scans, thats way the table is big.
If i improve my table making abilities or implement new features i will share it here.

infinite building (casting):
"Eador.exe"+000D5E8C
Offsets: 10 for capitol, 14 for province, 18 for guards 1C for rituals.
freeze at 1 for infinite construction but dont forget to unfreeze.

i included number of availabe builts of capitol, province, guard rituals etc.
also i ncluded ritual cooldown.
you can freeze these values if you wanted to.
i think this will be my last table altough i want province locations editor so bad i don't think i can pull it off.
