Can anyone tell me why my game is crashing every few hours while I'm using Cheat Engine? I don't know if it's actually something to do with CE or what. It almost always happens in the middle of pulling up a menu, either at the Blacksmith while I'm interacting or the standard in-game equipment/skills/system/etc. menu. I'll post some specs:
Realtek Hi-Def Audio and NVIDIA Hi-Def audio
GeForce GTX 1050Ti GPU
1920x1080 res, LG monitor
Nioh 2 Complete Edition and latest version of Cheat Engine (7.2)
At some point I guess I'll have to try running it without the cheats again, as a control, I've got earlier saves prior to downloading CE. Just weird that it always tends to crash between the 2 and 3 hour mark of continuous play
Probably is your CPU or Ram. I use the same GPU and I have no issues.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
About your problems, i have readed similar problems in another forum about nioh 2. Prolly there's some kind of memory leak which will give problems sooner at systems with 'lower' ram
Will proper moveset swapping ever be a thing with the Nioh 2 Table?
Ex. Mixing and matching light or heavy chains, allowing one weapon to use different skills from each class
Modelswapping is the only way to "Moveset Swap" at this current moment but naturally some attacks look good on certain weapons and others don't.
I dunno how hard this is to script or how time consuming so I could be asking for something big here, which if that is the case I apologise.
That's old, it doesn't work on v1.27.02. You must use this: viewtopic.php?p=183969#p183969
But it doesn't have Samurai Skills under "Proficiency" for some reasons.
My game is bugged as I have 33 Samurai Skills points, but shows 161 on the UI, so I wanted to fix it.

Those scripts from Master_Builder are included under
Optional Use
Get Skill Prts (Open the target skill tree.) [by Master_Builder]
Get Skill Prts (From load save in title screen.) [by Master_Builder]
They are the same as the link he replied to you.
Did you read his extensive info on how to use them?
what does max value(legit , in data) mean ?
what' s the difference between the two ?
and Special Effect Strength Enforcer is what cheat ??
Sorry for just asking a question

First of all never be sorry about asking a question...
Second i can be completely wrong with this answer but
i think the 'legit' one is the value listed on the special effect drop down one as the max value.
with the 'in data one' it will use the value entered... ?? but again i have never tested this..
most important thing for both settings is, exceeding max values will trigger in game sanity checks
which will reset values to 'legit' without the 'Remove Special Effect Max Constraints' cheat on.
The "Special Effect Strength Enforcer" can be used to kinda automate some of the 'overrides'
like the "Ultimate Constitution" ones to only need a level 1 instead of 150
Wanted to point out that some of the effects present in the cheat time item editor as max legit values are usually 1 decimal above the actual value possible. I don't understand how or why but things that usually deal with percentile in this game actually end at .9% instead of the round number. For example, Elemental Damage Taken is maxed at 11.9% without Familiarity and 12.9 with familiarity yet if "Max Legit" is used, it carries it up to 12% and 13% respectively. I don't know if it's the game code itself making a mess of things but I'd like to know if there's any way to prevent this lest it cause a save lock.
Edit: The Attack effect on armour also does not match the possible ranges, usually being far below the limits regardless of whether or not the "legit" button is triggered.
