This one is for eager ones not wanting to wait for the "final" table.

!!! after turning main hook on pointers ARE NOT populated !!!
Enable refresh => cycle through team members => Disable refresh.
If pointers change (values does not make sense) repeat step above.
This way it seems that game is more stable.

reworked a bit
Party members hooked and accessible at once (if pointer <> 0), if not populated try to cycle team members
Monster should catch boss info (if pointer <> 0)

Hooks player & exp but sometimes catches a monster (boss) instead of the player ... but you can guess by MaxHP
Also you can use it when cycling through Team, to see / change their stats.
