How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

might depend on what you're using.
used campaign missile-/bomb-cooldown, worked.
used campaign health, worked.
used campaign missile-/bomb-amount (999), worked.
latest steam build.

Anyone has tested this out on the xbox game pass version? Project wingman just came out on xbox game pass.

It might not work.
If you rename the exe to match the gamepass version (wingdk instead of win64), then the unlimited/fast missiles in campaign work.
However, health doesn't, and it changes your keybinds, at least on controller. I think maybe it's looking at the wrong memory address?
Could you point me in the right direction in finding out what has to be changed to make it work? Maybe the hex offsets are wrong?'

The 1.04C table only seems to tell me to download cheat engine. There's no codes. It's nothing but a 'download this other thing'. In fact, going by the size of the tables, that's what ALL of the tables here are.
