Hit Ctrl + ⇧ Shift + L to enable the console.
To open the console hit one of this keys § (paragraph) | ` (backtick) | ~ (tilde).
In case your keyboard doesn't have these keys you can install a different language for your keyboard.

You can also change the key with which you open the console:
Hit Win+R and write
%LocalAppData%\FactoryGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
That will open the folder with the ini files.
Open the Input.ini file and add the following lines:
[/Script/Engine.InputSettings]
ConsoleKeys=F1
(You can use any other key you want instead of F1)
Savegame Editor:

Savegame Folder:
Hit Win+R and write
%LocalAppData%\FactoryGame\Saved\SaveGames
then hit enter, this will open the savegame folder.
Complete path to the savegame:
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\FactoryGame\Saved\SaveGames\YourSteamID

Does this still work on update 5?
UPDATE
half of it works, item related things don't work at all, inf health doesn't work and insta kill also makes enemies also insta kill you.
just realized that i have to donate 13$ a month to get a update for a cheat
