I haven't updated this in a very long time.
Akira has an excellent table here, and does a better job than I ever could. You should check it out.

There's also a good one by Rhark in the FRF app; I'm not sure if it's fully up-to-date.

Actually, I just uploaded a very rudimentary version I made in a few minutes with a lot less features than my original table.
Should work with the most recent version of the game, but I really do recommend you try Akira's table.
I won't update this one again.
