I was wondering about that too, cuz there's no hotkey to do a "scan". I believe it refers to the auto-scan occurring when you're near a salvageable derelict. And it should be a RADIUS. The sphere diameter or something that encompasses the range in which the "scan" action will start. But I may be wrong and increasing it might let you scan from afar.. if you manage to point the crosshair to that spot you can't yet see, that is :D

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

PickItem works by default, internally, with current player. You only need to specify it if there's multiple players (e.g.: co-op). Syntax would be as follows:

Not that it really matters but you can accomplish the same thing by just nop'ing the code instead of jumping.

Thanks for the tip, i know i do stuff the stupid way, abusing of the aob autoscript thing as i am new to cheat making (i was a dev for 15 years tho).
For now i am more focused on making sure things work as they should and it's not always easy for me :mrgreen:
Usually i start working on my code quality and performance after i feel at least a little confortable with the language, but good habits are always good to take as soon as possible, so i will try to keep your remark in mind ;)

I can tell you enemies use some of the stuff above, like "infinite ammo". Each Ship has an Inventory and Weapons. Each Weapon uses the function you're hijacking and setting the amount you want (or NOP). So you give them unlimited ammo as well. But who cares, right? Cuz you get it, so fuck'em :P 0x7A4 in Weapon is the bInfiniteAmmo flag :P Set it to 1 and you're and you'll see what happens on-screen (horizontal 8 == infinite symbol) :)

Ah ah i didn't knew that :mrgreen:

My infinite ammo script is useless anyway because as you said there is already (a better) one in the Csimbi's table :)

Inject is not working on latest version 33461. Console is not activating by pressing ~. Any updated version available?

Does anyone know of any command that will let you connect directly to a game? I see one named "IpConnection", but it doesn't seem to do anything when used.
