I've tried everything on this thread, i've scrolled throught 146 pages and couldn't find a single solution. And the video of said frenchy didn't help either since he only ''taugh'' how to find the values not how to insert the ''Genshin Impactv1.1'' table
I've tried activating the script after the seccond step of closing the first CT but it doesn't activate. After Closing the first Cheat Engine i went to the seccond CT attached the genshin Impactv1.1 Cheat Table clicked on the magnyfying glass> searched for genshin impact on applications> Clicked open>Try activating the script but nothing.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

You didn't select GenshinImpact.exe process on the second CE window.

I Did and it didn't work either, tried with both aplications and processes
Half of the cheats weren't working or was detected in 1.3.0 afaik, you need to check recent posts about which of the cheats are undetected with edited UnityPlayer I guess

You can try repairing the game. Close the game and open the client, go to settings and click Repair Game Files. If that doesn't work or tries to download the whole game again, you can go launch the game and before clicking anything there is an icon next to the log out button, the settings icon. Click that one and Verify File Integrity, that should help

If you tried verifying file integrity and a 20gb download started, I would advise you to do as the game says. But if you have bad download speed I guess a UnityPlayer.dll would be really useful. Sorry I can't help much
