So how do I add these values in the dropdown, especially usable items, tried adding to existing table but it didn't work.

Useable items were never planned to be in this table, since you only can't equip them.
I added most ids with the current Update of today. For more info check post 1 on 1st page under "New".
to add a id list to an address saved in ce: right click on it, dropdown select. Type the ID then ":" then name.

Putting in a request for an Item AOB so that we can freeze and easily duplicate items.

can i ask something about this table ? about change char equipment. its only the appeareance that change, right? the equipment that we change into something not reflecting the true stat of the change one ? lets say we change into rank 39 weapon, the stat is the same with the previous weapon ?

As far as disgaea games Memory Is programmed, stats are Independent from the id, and They are generated when the id Is obtained, and then stored by themselves in the addresses you can see (unlike most of games).
Actually everything Is independent, except for "current stats" that are dependant on base stats x item LV.
That said, of you want "legit" stats on a weapon you Just changed id, you have to search on the Net for the correct values and edit them as well. Although items also have some kind of signature so They Could still potentially be detected from an eventual online anti-hack system.

2nd i was wondering if this table should make completing all of the achievements in ease? i am afraid i start it and not be able to complete it

You are welcome. I dunno that's not my area of competence. But i can guess that if you give yourself an op item you surely go way faster in game, including achievements.

another question, is this table the same provided in the launcher for fearless app? there a trainer already for this game, does it differ or what?

No idea but i don't think so. This one has advanced editing stuff. Trainers usually have money infinite Hp ohko etc.

Shouldn't. Have you updated the Money address?

My bad, it seems to be working fine. I missed that part in the instructions!
Now I just need an item editor. Exits are important to!

All i can edit are equpment items. GL for the rest.
