Were you still playing Matilda? Maybe the savegame only really breaks once your heir comes into play?
And I am fairly confident this table is not the fix. I was very careful when going for mother of them all. Always starting the game first and making sure CD's scripts were active before loading my savegame.
She was dead and i played her grandchild, even restartet the game after her dead, so strange it did work on my end.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Chances are that the bug will be fixed in the patch next week.
I suggest waiting out for that if anyone is still having issues.
It breaks if you exit the game at any point, and then load the save. The fact that you started playing as the character required in question isn't saved in the save file nor recognised by the game, so it thinks you did NOT start as the required character.
If you get it all in one session, without quitting the game, everything's fine.
I tried changing the version in the .mod file but the launcher just puts it back. So thats neat. Take your time, just letting others know this won't work.
Thank you for an update. Tried to get Mother of us All before update, again same problem, achievement accepted in game, not in steam, and then disappeared after game restart. After patch loading this save does not grant the achievement. I guess I will have to try again, lol. Also, anybody had a luck getting "The Things Love Does for Us" "Have a Lover save you from a Murder attempt"? Any tips how to get it? Official Wiki advises seducing chars whose husbands have "Vengeful" trait, didn't work for me.
