Added packing the XML from the .txt file back into a save
Added an x64 version to help with potential memory issues with large save games

I'm having a problem when i try to add weapon mods, i go to add item and select mods but when i load the game i got no quest in my mission log, i've tried to add in lots diferent ways, and always my quests disapear... there is a light in the end of tune? hehehehe tkz

As was said, this works on Steam version and not on others, so yes, that also includes XBox version where saves are handled differently.

anyone knows what i need to put into save editor globals to get Godfishers ready to attack Gippers ? i sabotaged the computers but its bugged somewhat.

For what it's worth for me the save edit worked on xboxpass (managed to edit stats and add a weapon, haven't noticed any problems yet).

Did you use 64 or 32 bit version of the editor? And is your questlog fine, no quests disappeared or anything changed?

used x86 version
any idea how to fix it?

I use the x86 version.

Reports from the frontier: Heads of Tails mission. After leaving one of the location the other one gets a "destroyed" flag. "m1002_DestroyedState" (for Hoon family) and "x3501_<something>" (for the caravan). If you turn that back into 0 in the save editor you are able to visit the other location as it would be if you visited it first.

It will depend on the game how it treats the quest (which gets completed afer you complete the first location and doesn't change when you do the other one) in the greater scheme of things, and which flags it checks, but there is a chance zeroing them both after visiting both locations should make the game believe you saved both places.

Is it possible to request for a feature like the add dialogue not closing/exiting when adding an item?

used save editor on xbox game pass , the x64 version and no problem so far. Was able to change reputation using G_reputation value in the last tab and more importantly added the one cyborg chicken that died so was able to change from 4 to 5 chicken and get pultron robot. You want to make sure cyborg chicken at base value is 5 and each of the values below are 2.

a2001 cyborg
a 3001 cyborg
a 4001 cyborg
a 5001 cyborg

everything was using the last tab, furthest to the right

very strange, save editor completely broke my saves, except quest thing, ai just stuck sometimes in combat

1. When opening the save copy the path to the folder with the save. Open it in Explorer. We'll need it later.
2. Make the changes
3. Click Save. Hold the window that pops up open
4. In explorer right-click on the 1KB file with long name that's next to the savefile proper and open it in Notepad (ideally - Notepad++ or other editor that's sure to preserve original encoding)
5. Edit the two values the pop-up window tells you to edit
6. Save the changes in notepad, close the pop-up

I am having the same issue :/ hopefully there is a fix

And correction - now after adding some Items I too have experienced quests disappearing. Maybe it's related to save size / progress in the game?
