Here's a save editor tested on the Steam version:

Hey, I can't open it, blank window that immediately closes.

Tried using it in admin mode @Win10
Got up to date extensions like Visual C++ / .NET framework installed.
Not sure how to run it?

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

And it won't. As mentioned earlier in the thread the XGP saves are split and structured differently.

Good news, via this save editor you can set atrributes higher thant 10 and it would work. Probably. It works for now at least

what are the recipes for? you can add them to inventory with the save editor and a popup appears in-game "Recipe Learned x"

Added unpacking the XML to a .txt file
Added packing the XML from the .txt file back into a save
Added an x64 version to help with potential memory issues with large save games

Oh lord, thanks for this so much!

I have a glitch where I was very friendly with the Machine Commune, finished the quest by giving Reagan to the commune and defended myself against the Gimpers, arrested Valor and left the area, played for a good 3 or 4 hours and when I passed nearby Denver, SAL was calling me scum of the earth on the radio and said I tried to kill the robots (I didn't).

Anyone could guide me on what Globals I should change so I can correct this?

some tips on the save editor:

only change the numbers on things that can stack, like ammo, grenades, drugs, food and the like. do NOT try to change the numbers on things that do not stack, like weapon mods. Instead, use the add item function and pick how many you would like to add. that correctly adds them one at a time, since they do not stack.

same with weapons, armor, etc.
