Project Cars 3 - Codex
Cheat Options:
-
1 Billion Bank Money *Hotkey Included* (You need to purchase an item first in the Garage, then exit the Garage and enter back and see if the amount has change)
Important Note: This table may or may not work for you. This table is meant to be played offline. Also, I recommend playing without cheat in the early game play and backup your save games that can be found in
(%Users\%\AppData\Local\Slightly Mad Studios\Project CARS 3\savegame) before activating the cheats.
Update: This is what I notice so far, Level 99 Car XP and Event XP are only based on visual changes but not actual changes. There will be no level changes. For the time being, money cheat is the only one that's working as it should be. Will update if there are any changes made.
Update 2: Decided to remove non workable cheats to only remaining 1. Sorry for the inconvenience.

By offline, do you mean completely offline or do you mean that if I use this I'm supposed to only play Career? I'm not caring too much about multiplayer, so.
Edit: Nevermind. I'll just run two saves. One to play around with and one legit so that I can play online with.

any way to slow the time? or freeze or reset? Timed events are only for pros...

Trainer Works as you mentioned. So any one of you have problems when using the money cheat? i cant level up, i always stay at level 1. I progress in Character lvl normally but not the in the level i need to buy new cars. Any one of you also has this problem? or do we need an intense amount of xp to reach lvl2? thx for answering.

It really does works. However, I noticed Level 99 Car XP and Event XP are only based on

I had to scrap all these cheats especially Player Level 99 because it messes up the leveling system and causes the cars to stall while driven and cannot be driven anymore due to leveling up issues. Rending the driving experience useless. The leveling up itself uses 5 or more different EXE's and are working hand in hand simultaneously. Where also it might include an anti-cheat program countermeasures as well. So far at this moment, fearless app has not made any attempt to solve this issue. You might have to wait for I don't know how long. Also, WeM*d or fearlessrevolution has not made any attempts to create any trainer for this game at all.

Any chance of Freezing the PIR (performance index rating) ?
