1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Fixed table in attachments. Data by date and time is load, but I don't checked it.

Don't know if you still need it, but the address for the Hardcore Risette Fan achievement for the GamePass version is; p4pc_DT_mc.exe+5791DC6.
Set the address as a non-hex byte and change the value to 249. Once you next hear a line you haven't heard it'll change to 250 and the achievement will pop. Don't know if setting it to 250 right away will cause it to pop or not.
