To make the trainer work for rev.2023, go to pointers for yen for example, right click on it and browse memory region. Close that window then right click on yen again and this time recalculate new adresses. If the offset has a number like -20000 click change and the trainer should update all adresses.
Checked with money and social stats and they work.

Edit: Tried to reproduce it and it doesn't work so i'll share the updated trainer I saved earlier today.

Edit2: Most of the scripts still don't work. Always Crit, 6 cards, 6 picks work. All pointers also work.
I don't know how to fix scripts so that's all I could do.

P4G rev 2023.CT

Using the pointers you found i started updating the table to work with the rev 2023 of the game, here is my current table (WIP).
It's a work inprogress, some scripts doesn't activate/work yet, and some may crash, but the vast majority of the table should be working now, including adding/removing items etc.

The table has been made by Drummer IX, i only updated some pointers/scripts to the new executable, so if you want to thank someone thank him first.

And don't complain when a table maker doesn't want to update a table for a specific version he doesn't use/have, he already spent hours of his personal time to give something for free to the community, and all you manage to do is to take 5 seconds to post an usually badly writen post to complain.

Update 1 : New pointers to the list of Persona so you can edit their level, xp and stats.
It may not work, if it doesn't then i will have to search for the pointer during runtime

The 3 scripts written in grey/gray color, the rest should activate/work.

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Does anyone experience the item "Orb of Darkness" Disappearing from their inventory after activating "get all items". Can't get to the top floor of Void Quest because the item/key is missing, and I can't get it back since I already killed the miniboss

You pick the achievement you want from the drop down after you enable, then fuse a persona to get it.

Is anyone else experiencing crashes when running the "Infinite items" option? I read through the pages and I may have missed it but I haven't seen anyone mention this. I crash whenever I get chest keys, from shuffle or a quest, and sometimes when I receive items from allies when exploring a dungeon. So far this is the only option that crashes my game but at least I know when it happens.
