You’re welcome! I almost included a script to unlock all achievements, but I’m guessing there’s a chance of a ban or something.

Doubtful, since Mods have been made for Surviving Mars on Xbox & Xbox for PC that instantly unlock all achievements and it's even advertised on trueachievements.
I'd say go for it
People can use it at their own risk if anything.

When I enable "Staff Happiness 100%" the game crashes.

there is a known bug with games on xbox where you can unlock all achievemnt progress from a 2nd account on your console just by signing the 1000G account out and signing the new one in. seems to be a common glitch similar to the second profile glitch back in the 360 days. Also you seem knowledgable enough on the topic of achievement related cheating. Since the achievemnts arent stored on the local profile like on the 360 profile but seem to be server sided?, there still has to be code that checks for the achievemnt tasks to be fullfied and then trigger the unlock right? And i thought there might be some achievement engine in every game that makes it easier for devs to implement them so the triggers are always the same.
Im so interested in the ability to unlock certain achievemnts for win 10 games please enlighten a noob on how it might be possible

That's the ONE script I thought might be causing a problem. Try just using the Staff Energy script and their happiness should stay pretty high.

Yeah, I've experienced that "bug" but it seems to work selectively. Sometimes only a portion of the achievements pop.
Then only way I've gotten achievements to trigger manually is when I can use Mono features to invoke a method.

Xbox One/W10 can't really be banned Xbox one achievements are glitchy and sometimes pop randomly. Second profile glitch was banable on 360 for sure. Gears 1- Judgement used to transfer ranks and achievements.
On Xbox one people transfers achievements on games like Smite and Battlefield Hard-line instantly with no ramifications involved.
