By the way, you can put that bounce effect from staves onto other weapons and increase the bounce/radius.

Code: Select all

{
	"EffectId":	"default_attacks_chain",
	"EffectName":	"implicit_chain_staff",
	"MaxStack":	1,
	"bDefault":	1,
	"Parameters":	[{
			"semantic":	"RadiusFloat",
			"value":	50
		}, {
			"semantic":	"StackCountInt",
			"value":	10
		}]
}

Lot of fun shit you can do in this game just by dicking around with the save files. :D

That godly amulet is fun AF. Best part is its easy to tweak if you want to depower it slightly. I removed the +500 stats coz that kind of breaks the game. IMO its fun to work out how to legitimately be OP like in Diablo as opposed to giving yourself 100000 paragon points.

If only there was a stat that increased the rate at which Primordial Essence was gained, probably wouldn't need the infinite Apoc form cheat too :(

You can use Zanzer's godly amulet and edit the stamina regeneration rate reduction to 10000% and it literally is infinite stamina, even if you turbofire rolls you can't use it up.

Is there a way to reverse the Willpower/Rage regeneration process?
Naturally, you will regain Willpower by time, if you do or don't attack at all.
I want that for Rage to happen. Don't want to cheat with infinite Rage points, just a simple reverse function. :)

you can change the drop rates and type of drops by unpacking the Umbra.pak file in
game installation\Game\Umbra.pak
you will get xml files and can just edit them

you can unpack with this program

I've noticed an issue with my willpower and rage that is concerning, and annoying me to no end.

If I use an ability, say Thunderstrike (Palpatine), to the point where I generate so much rage, and then switch to using a rage ability it will sometimes darken both bars and slow regen of willpower to a crawl so much that my only option is rage based attacks or basic. It will also make it so once I use up all that rage, but still have no willpower I barely get any rage at all which leads to about 20 minutes of basic attacks until it decides to fix itself. I wish I could find a way to simply increase the amount of willpower and rage points I have in total.

I also hope someone can find some way to have rage generate passively without getting rid of willpower passive generation as I feel like that would solve all problems by having them both full, even though it seems game mechanics means they are actually the same pool, just draining one for the other at different points.

How do I repack the files or where do I put the modded XML to affect gameplay?

you don't need to repack the file
just rename the original umbar.pak to .old or something

when you unpack the file you will get a new folder named Umbra and you just edit the stuff inside there and save it there
make a copy or the original first

There is actually a passive node on the 3rd (outer) ring that enables you to passively generate Rage. :)
