Thanks jackass but I already tried that method. Using the save editor provided by XB36, none of the changes actually go through. I've added $100, added all the Satchels and changed the breed of my main horse. But loading up the game, none of these things actually changed. Is there something I'm missing?

Did you add the $100 via cheat or edit?
Also not everything works 100%(maybe try it again).
The weapon unlocks etc. worked for me.

What is your game source? Epic or rockstar launcher?
Also did you activate the enable cheat first and kept it enabled?
Someone said the game crashed for them without any cheats so make sure that's not an issue for you.
