How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Also, probably dumb question, but I have opened the process with the game running but I don't see any of the stat values filling out and I can't seem to edit them. I am probably overlooking something really simple but how exactly do I use this?

open the game first then the cheat engine v7.0. load my table and tick the box. open your stats menu to activate the values.

Hmm, can't get it to work with the latest version of the game (steam). Followed the instructions, but it doesn't let me click/activate/edit any of the settings/values nested under [Main Stats], [Core] or [Attributes] (just gives that default windows error sound). I also noticed it isn't pulling my character's current stats/values into the table. All of the 'value' fields are "??" and all of the 'address' fields under [Attributes] are "P->???????". Do you think this is caused by a game update or something else?

Update: Managed to get it to work, somewhat, by fighting an enemy (this caused it to populate some of the values). However, all of the entries/values for [Main Stats] and [Core] are either wrong or out of order (example: "Hit Points" in the table has a value of 0, while both "Energy" and "Mana Points" in the table reflect my actual current hit points; "CurrentXP" in the table is actually energy ingame)
