Political, traveler and economic gossips
Spent upgrade points (lock at 0 to have infinite points)
Selected Worker (to populate this you have to select the worker and click on the details button, the window will then pop up and the pointer can be populated):
-XP (change this to a huge number and they will keep leveling up)
-Salary (aka how to enable slave labor)

Note: the data structure for this game is a bit wonky, the numbers seem to sometimes carry from one game to another (if you start a sandbox game then go to campaign, some of the numbers carry on for some reason).

Can't seem to figure out how to get the oratory skills so it would be easier to pass speech checks

What exactly seems to be problem with tthe oratory skills Magician ?

Is it the slow increase of values ? since you have numerical values in inkeeper menu journal menu in character section.

I tried those numbers but they didn't work. There is some kind of encryption going on but I can't figure out what. Besides, there aren't that many chances to increase those numbers so I didn't manage to figure it out. Did you get them?

Those Oratory skill numbers carry over between games. Though they change if the game is closed and re-opened. So just play through the campaign start a couple times to find the values as the first mission always awards 1 point in 2 skills.

I got that much, it should probably be somewhere near the money numbers and whatnot but I didn't manage to find them.

Try waiting until you get smuggle as much wine as you can quest. The Duke constantly bothers you.

Also can you try to see if you can do something with adventurers stats ? im stuck because im in third scenario and i need adventurer to succeed in mission but the best adventurer i managed to find had 16 chance of success.

For 1.0.2, just add 6090(hex) to the address values and they should work
I didn't manage to get worker xp and salary to work with this

They updated the game again ...this does not work anymore. Nothing works.

Game has few issues.. not game breaking but they keep updating xD v1.0.5 now

Well here is table for Crossroad Inn v2.0, pretty much like The Mogician table but added Inf. Resources and worker level...

Note: for Inf. Resources all : all resources that put in shelves or barrel or etc will be unlimited with max 10 qty except for dirty mugs, you must build dishwasher to reduce it... LOL
