He won't update in here anymore. He uploaded the cheat table for 1.34.2 version (which can also work on 1.34.3 and beyond) a month ago in his Patreon. He could've posted in here already but he hasn't, and I don't think he will.
Is this a fact or are you assuming? He pops here every now and then, posts updated and new tables then disappears for a while again. I am not aware of any communication from him (?) where he acknowledged this.
Yes I do admit it is an assumption. But an assumption based on very strong evidence considering that Lions of the North (or patch 1.34) was launched on September 13th and we're right now at Halloween, and there's still no signs from him.

Yes, he does take some time to post and then return back, but it has never been this long.

Unless he has been posting cheat tables for other games, and decided not to post about EU4 anymore, or at least release some sort of communication as you say so, I think I can safely assume that he decided not to post in here no longer.

I just used Nameless's achievement table and it works perfectly for me.
Not for me. I load the table up and click all the options during load on startup of the game but still I have the "Victorious!" achievement needed to be unlocked. I download Universal Flavor, start up and Ottoman Ironman save. War with the Byzantines. Console commands work so I yesman the war in my victory. Still no "Victorious!"

So I managed to add two extra estate slots. Feel free to add it to your table, Namelessy.
Also, one of the Influence offsets for the 5th estate slot is 1F88 when it should be 1E90.

Hate to be "that guy" but it seems that Reci just outright decided to stop posting his stuff in here, unless you decide to subscribe to his Patreon.

Hey Guys,

I tried my best to edit Recifense pointer with his code and the Extension table i found.

Most of them work now.

I'm still trying to find out these pointer : NOT WORKING :
Ruler > stats & name edit
Heir > stats & name edit
Queen > stats & name edit
Advisors > stats & name edit
Country > Technology > everything beside Innovativeness
Estate > all
