Yea, doesn't appear to effect the XP or money. And I'd assume I'd be seeing purples and oranges galore.
By the way, the address is merely minus hex 44 from the Vending Machine Timer address.
So clearly that structure is some sort of Game World Settings thing.

I added Tooltip Item Pointer. Mouseover an item in your inventory to grab its pointer.
This will let you change the level of your gear to match whatever level you'd like.
Save and load the game after making the change.
The stats will then update to match an item at that level.

It can go over, yea. And it saves. You'd then need a cheat to be able to equip it.

I just tried out the tooltip item pointer and i'm not too sure if i'm doing something wrong or not. Once i open up the inventory it'll display it at 36 (which i'm assuming is my current level) and then i hover over the wanted weapon and nothing changes. Once i tick the boxes under, the game crashes almost immediately

Same for me. The pointer is stuck on my level, not the level of the item. It never changes information on mouseover.

So i just tried out the tooltip item pointer and i changed the item to 100 with required level of 50 and the item score to 9999, Just to see what happened. When i went back into my inventory my game crashed and when i reloaded the game i was greeted with this.
I have two more weapons like it but different ones, just not times X ones, just straight damage

If you could find the pointers to the stat rolls and parts, everyone here would love you forever. We would be able to make BiS weapons.

Did it save like that after reloading the game? If I try to edit the level then it just reverts back to a modded level after reloading the save.

Don't actually click the box next to each one. Just edit the number under Value and then reload the save.
should the values change after hovering over the desired weapon? it initially starts at 36 when i start it up and when i hover over the weapon it still says 36 instead of level 8 which is the weapon i want.
