- Patch the ConsoleKey to Tilde (~)
- Unrestrict CVars
- Enable stripped console commands (god, noclip, notarget, infinitehealth, noplayerdeath)
- Disable "SHOULD BE DEAD BUT IN GODMODE"
- Disable "Maxed out!" for Armor/Ammo/Weapons pick-up
- Show Sys_Console
